Woods of St. Thomas Club Pool Hours

  • The pool will open on Saturday, May 23, 2026.

  • The pool will close on Monday, September 7, 2026.

    • Member Pool Party Holiday Weekends:or the 2026 season, Member Pool Parties are scheduled for: Sunday, May 24; Saturday, July 4; and Sunday, September 6.

    • During scheduled Member Pool Parties—when DJ entertainment and children’s activities are hosted—guest privileges and birthday reservations are not permitted before or during the event.

    • Guest access and birthday reservations may resume after the conclusion of the Member Pool Party, typically beginning at 5 p.m., subject to capacity and lifeguard staffing.

  • The pool will be open:

    Monday -Thursday 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

    Friday -Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

    Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

  • Noon to 5 p.m. daily (weather permitting)

  • Once school is back in session in mid-August, the pool hours will be adjusted to 4 p.m. to 8 p.m Monday thru Friday, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

New for 2026: Cashless Club Operations

Beginning with the 2026 season, the Woods of St. Thomas Club will operate as a cashless facility. This update allows for faster check-in, improved accuracy, and a smoother experience for our members and guests.

The Club will accept credit cards only for all transactions, including:

  • Memberships

  • Guest passes

  • Nanny passes

Please note that cash will not be accepted at the Gatekeeper or Check-In.

Cash will continue to be accepted at the concession stand.

We appreciate your cooperation as we move to this streamlined system and look forward to an even more efficient and enjoyable season at the Woods of St. Thomas Club.

Woods of St. Thomas Club Pool Rules

Membership

  • Membership includes the primary member, spouse/significant other, dependent children (age 25 and under, unmarried, and residing at home), and grandchildren.

  • The Woods of St. Thomas Club is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property of members or guests. All individuals using Club facilities do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for any losses or damages.

Guest Policy

  • Guests must be accompanied by a member and must present a valid guest pass upon entry.

  • Each guest may visit the pool up to six (6) times per swim season.

  • Weekend guest fees (Saturday, Sunday, and holiday Mondays) are $20 or two (2) guest passes per guest.

  • Weekday guest fees are $10 or (1) guest pass

  • Holiday Weekends: Birthday parties and guest privileges may be permitted on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day) but will be limited based on anticipated attendance, capacity constraints, and lifeguard staffing availability. The Club reserves the right to restrict or deny guests on these days to prioritize member access.

    • Member Pool Party Holiday Weekends: During scheduled Member Pool Parties—when DJ entertainment and children’s activities are hosted—guest privileges and birthday reservations are not permitted before or during the event.

    • Guest access and birthday reservations may resume after the conclusion of the Member Pool Party, typically beginning at 5:00 p.m., subject to capacity and lifeguard staffing.

    • For the 2026 season, Member Pool Parties are scheduled for: Sunday, May 24; Saturday, July 4; and Sunday, September 6.

  • Members planning a birthday party or group gathering must contact the Pool Manager in advance to ensure adequate lifeguard staffing and compliance with capacity limits.

  • The Club reserves the right to limit or suspend guest access on any day due to capacity, safety, weather conditions, or special events.

  • Guest passes expire at the end of each swim season and may not be carried over.

  • Excessive use or abuse of guest privileges may result in suspension or revocation of pool privileges at the discretion of the Woods of St Thomas HOA board. 

  • Members are responsible for the conduct and compliance of their guests with all Club rules and policies.

General Rules

  • All members must follow the rules established by Bluegrass Pool Management (BPM). BPM staff have full authority to enforce rules to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

  • Members and guests must register at the gate before entering the pool.

  • Members are responsible for supervising their children and guests at all times, ensuring they possess the maturity and swimming skills necessary for safe pool use.

  • Running in the pool area is strictly prohibited.

  • Rough play or horseplay in the pool area is not allowed.

  • Glass containers are not permitted on pool grounds, including the pool deck and clubhouse.

  • Babysitter passes are available for individuals 16 years or older who are employed by a member. These passes are valid only when the babysitter is accompanying the member’s children, and the adult members are not present.

  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the pool gate and clubhouse.

  • Any person using profane language, displaying erratic behavior, or repeatedly posing a safety risk to themselves or others will be asked to leave the pool area.

  • Individuals with contagious illnesses or symptoms of a contagious illness are not permitted in the pool area.

  • Deck furniture must remain within the designated pool area.

  • Personal audio devices are only permitted when used with headphones.

  • Proper swim attire is required at all times.

  • In the event of thunder or lightning, all members must exit the pool and pool deck. The lifeguard on duty will determine when swimming may resume.

  • Pool toys may be used with lifeguard approval. Any toy deemed unsafe or disruptive will not be permitted.

  • Swimming is not allowed unless a lifeguard is on duty.

  • Lifeguards have full authority to enforce these and any additional rules necessary to ensure safety and member satisfaction. Lifeguards may take disciplinary action as needed.

Diving Board Rules

  • No diving in the shallow end.

  • Only one person is allowed on the diving board at a time.

  • All dives and jumps must be made straight out from the diving board.

  • Swimmers must maintain a safe distance from the diving board area.

  • Use the ladder to access the diving board.

  • No catching swimmers as they jump off the diving board.

  • No hanging from the diving board.

  • Swimmers may not wear floating devices when using the diving board.

Children’s Safety

  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible member 16 years or older while at the pool.

  • Children who cannot swim unassisted may not use the diving board.

  • Children using personal flotation devices must be supervised by a parent or guardian and remain within arm’s reach when in the deep end.

  • If a lifeguard questions a person’s swimming ability, they may require that person to demonstrate swimming proficiency or be accompanied by an adult on future visits.

  • Children who are not potty-trained must wear swim diapers while in the pool.

  • The baby pool is for children 6 years and under and must be used under adult supervision. No lifeguard is on duty at the baby pool.
