Architectural Improvement Application
The Woods of St. Thomas Homeowners Association, Inc. requires approval of any building and lot improvements within the Association including but not limited to: tree removal, fences, outdoor pools, decks, awnings, any broadly defined antennae, receivers and/or transmitters, landscaping changes, improvements and or/extensions, mailboxes, etc. This form must be submitted and approved prior to any work being started.
The Architecture Committee of The Woods of St. Thomas Homeowners Association Inc. exists to achieve and maintain conformity with your Association’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, contributes to the common good of the Association, maintains the architectural harmony of the Association, and to prevent a proposed project from inconveniencing one’s neighbors.
